Job description
Key responsibilities
- Directly supervise the workmanship of crews and subcontractors on site.
- Control labor safety, site housekeeping, and incoming materials.
- Track progress of each work package and report daily to the engineer in charge.
- Guide crews on correct techniques and fix defects right on site.
Requirements
- Vocational, college, or university degree in Construction.
- At least 1 year of experience supervising residential projects.
- Solid knowledge of structural and finishing construction procedures.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and a good communicator with site crews.
